Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Automaitee Digital, including monthly automation packages, the SilentChurn product, and any one-time setup or onboarding work. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Setup & Onboarding Fees
Any one-time setup or onboarding fee charged at the start of a service engagement is non-refundable. This covers the time and resources spent scoping, designing, and configuring your automation before it goes live, as agreed in your service contract.
2. Monthly Subscription Services
Our automation services are billed on a monthly basis. The following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancel before work begins (within 48 hours of purchase): You are entitled to a full refund of your first month's payment, provided no automation work has been started on your account.
- Cancel after work has begun: No refund will be issued for the current billing period. Your service will continue until the end of that period and will not renew.
- Ongoing cancellation: You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days' written notice via email to support@automaitee.com or via WhatsApp at +44 7570 546554. Billing continues during the notice period.
3. SilentChurn (£49/month)
SilentChurn is our entry-level automated retention product for beauty salons. Once the automation has been activated and connected to your systems, no refund is available for that month's payment. You may cancel anytime; the service will stop at the beginning of the next billing cycle. There is no lock-in period.
4. Service Interruptions & Errors
If a service interruption or error is caused directly by Automaitee Digital and materially affects your automation for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will credit a pro-rated amount for the affected days to your next invoice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms, APIs, or events outside our control.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please include your name, the service you are cancelling, and your reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules agreed upon by both parties at the time of the dispute. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Changes to This Policy
Automaitee Digital reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
